good day

They say that Queen Kristina used the former royal estate to hunt wild lions – such a pursuit is no longer required. With its distinguished heritage, it is an honor for us to manage Djurgårdsbrunn’s Inn.

It is here we have created an idyllic and relaxed retreat for everyone, which is only a short scenery stroll away from the stress of the city. And whilst you get cozy in one of our many comfy sofas, enjoying the warmth of the open fire, the children are out investigating the local wildlife, returning with grass stains on their clothes and grins on their faces.

The menu consists of timeless and reinterpreted classics with inspiration from traditional Swedish recipes, the Mediterranean and the long and warm summers.

We can’t think of a more pleasurable excursion out here at Djurgården, even if we don’t have any lions.
